From 13 April to 23 November 2025, Elisabeth Augustin, the artistic director of the SCHLOSS PÖGGSTALL CULTURAL DAYS, will once again spoil all regional and national culture enthusiasts with eight entertaining and inspiring program items and has the right "treat" for every taste.

The Palace Talks program kicks off on 13 April: Michael Garschall invites figure skating legend and former TV presenter Ingrid Wendl and her husband, bassoonist Milan Turković, to an entertaining discussion in their usual manner. Exceptional singer Nataša Mirković will provide the musical backdrop.

On May 9 and 10, the Pöggstaller Kasperltheater team, together with Gabriele Schuchter and Stephan Paryla-Raky, will present a brand new play by Stefan Weißenbäck. To ensure there is enough space for all Punch and Judy fans, the event moves to the festival hall. After the above-mentioned Strauss homage by Adrian Eröd & Guests in the church of St. Anna im Felde on July 5, the summery Arkadenhof on August 9 offers the perfect setting for classical music to dream about. Sebastian Gürtler (this time as part of the Hugo Wolf Quartet) invites you on a musical journey from French Impressionism to late Romanticism with works by Maurice Ravel, Erik Satie and Erich Wolfgang Korngold.

Monika Ballwein and her band are also expected in the Arkadenhof on September 6 as part of the Swing & Sing series. She will present a multi-faceted repertoire ranging from Barbara Streisand to Stevie Wonder, from The Beatles to Michael Jackson and, of course, her own songs. On 11 October, under the motto "Essen Trinken Lauschen" (Eating Drinking Listening), the Herbstblätter (Autumn Leaves) will bring a completely new and unique combination of contemporary literature, a music program by the Fidelitas Choir together with Herbert Schnalzer and Stefan Weißenbäck as well as fine cuisine: KochArt by Gerlinde Nepp & Team will be serving up a special Culture Days menu! On November 22 and 23, the team invites you to the end of the season "Into a small pastry shop" in the atmospheric Kulturtage-Kaffeehaus at the Advent market. A surprise will be prepared as a musical confection.
One hour before each event, there is once again the opportunity to take a free guided tour of the Traunfellner documentation in the castle with Irmgard Linke-Traunfellner.
