The new special exhibition on the topic of 100 years of Kelag: from regional energy supplier to shaper of the energy future!
Exactly 100 years after its foundation in 1923, Kelag (KELAG-Kärntner Elektrizitäts-Aktiengesellschaft) is faced with the task of helping to shape the energy system of the future in Carinthia and beyond its borders. Climate change, rising energy consumption and new demands on the energy supply require a comprehensive expansion of renewable energy generation and further development of the grid infrastructure. The special exhibition "100 years of Kelag" shows the challenges of the energy transition from the perspective of a modern energy service provider. With a century of experience, the employees of Kelag are working today on an energy future that is driven by clean, renewable energy.
