In this year's main exhibition at Museum Liaunig Blind Date - The Maximilian and Agathe Weishaupt Collection in Dialogue with the Liaunig Collection, curators Alexandra Schantl and Franziska Straubinger present geometric-constructivist art in its diverse, transnational and cross-generational manifestations.

The collection of Maximilian and Agathe Weishaupt from Munich, which originally concentrated on concrete-constructive works of art after 1945, has expanded its focus over the years. Today it comprises an impressive variety of contemporary abstract art from all over the world, reflecting the dynamic development and broad spectrum of this artistic movement.
At the same time, Museum Liaunig is transforming the exhibition space into an extraordinary concert hall for the seventh time with its "sonusiade" series. This unique interplay of music, visual art and architecture forms the framework for changing retrospectives and creates an intense, multi-sensory experience for visitors.
