It has long been an integral part of the summer festival calendar between Sylt and Lake Constance: the Honberg Summer in Tuttlingen. A program with world stars, Grammy winners, chart toppers, national and international greats of all genres, exciting newcomers and surprising splashes of colour has made the Honberg Summer one of the most popular festivals in the south.
What makes the Honberg Summer a special experience, however, is what surrounds it: the special ambience in the music tent, the ruins of the Honburg fortress, the huge beer garden with morning pint concerts, the children's program, the select gastronomy and, above all, the beautiful location in the middle of the countryside. Since 1995, the festival has been attracting tens of thousands of visitors every two and a half weeks, who often travel long distances to attend and who usually come back again and again.
The program in the festival tent is the heart of the Honberg Summer. Every evening, the 26m round tent with its stylized starry sky plays host to a wide range of music from all genres, from pop and rock to blues, soul and gothic to a cappella, as well as some specialities. In addition to the musical contributions, you can also experience comedy and cabaret or circus and variety acts under the tent dome. The program has even included an "erotic night" and a reading. Candy Dulfer & Band
A guaranteed groovy evening with the most famous saxophonist between jazz, soul and funk, about whom Prince (†2016) once said: "When I need sax, I call Candy"...
As a saxophonist, solo artist, singer and sought-after studio and guest musician, the Dutchwoman tours successfully all over the world. On July 12, 2024, she will be bringing her funk and disco hits to the Honberg, where she performed four times with her band Funky Stuff between 1996 and 2002.

Matthias Reim
He is a cult star and German music legend: Matthias Reim ("Verdammt, ich lieb' Dich"). Even after more than 30 years of success, he's not going quietly! In 2024, he invites you to his "home game" on the Honberg.
You can literally feel it - Matthias Reim's lust for life, for music, for partying - in every song, in every single moment. And so the picture after each of his concerts is the same: thunderous applause, never-ending calls for an encore, happy faces as far as the eye can see and celebrating people who have experienced two and a half hours of goosebumps and pure emotion. Reim has been one of the most successful and popular artists in this country for over three decades. With his countless hits, he has written a good chapter in national music history and played a key role in shaping the rock/pop pop genre. Above all, however, his authenticity and his endearing and charismatic charisma have made him a crowd favorite!
