The "Classical & Culinary" format has the hedonistic aim of cultivating an equal pleasure and listening experience in which music is more than just a side dish, and culinary delights more than just a main course!

Chef Andreas Döllerer creates an artfully prepared menu with a fine sense of taste and tact to accompany the music. The culinary delights are served to guests as a kind of "cooked choreography" to the music of the Mozarteum Quartet. The string sounds of Mozart's "Spring Quartet" serve as a source of inspiration for Andreas Döllerer's 4-course menu. Classical music and culinary delights are harmoniously combined here and are equally important. Spring fever is awakened through both the senses of taste and the auditory experience. Andreas Döllerer from Salzburg, one of the country's most award-winning chefs, is known for his Alpine cuisine and uses flavors like instruments in his dishes. Spring can be tasted, heard and experienced in full harmony.
