The Oldenburg State Theater covers a broad artistic spectrum. In the opera, concert, drama, ballet, young state theater, Low German drama and section 7, which offers space for interdisciplinary and experimental work, there are over 30 premieres and over 25 concerts on the program every season.
As in the previous year, many members of the opera ensemble have come together again to get in the mood for the upcoming Christmas season with their favorite songs and carols. Depending on the piece, they will be accompanied by Daniel Strahilevitz on the piano or some members of the Orchestra Academy. The program ranges from romantic piano songs (Reger, Brahms ...) to traditional international Christmas carols and popular American songs. On this occasion, the Oldenburg "three tenors" Gabe Clarke, Johannes Maas and Mark Serdiuk will once again come together and all the performers will sing together ... perhaps even with the audience?
