From August 23 to September 11, 2023, one of Europe's largest folk festivals will once again take place without any hygiene requirements. Two million visitors are expected at 200 stands.


And in 2023, visitors can once again look forward to the attraction for the whole family, the "Witches' Dance", as they are whisked away to dizzying heights on the Hangover Tower and hurtle back down at an equally dizzying speed. The Top Spin gondolas will also be literally spinning again.This year, the world's largest transportable ghost train, the four-storey Daemonium, is making its debut in Luxembourg.As every year, there will also be themed days. On the last day of the "Schueberfouer", visitors receive a 50% discount on the attractions until 8 pm. The fair closes at 10 p.m. with a grand fireworks display on the Grand Duchess Charlotte Bridge. The Schueberfouer is finally over on Wednesday, September 7, at 1 am.The "Schueberfouer" dates back to 1340 and John the Blind, Count of Luxembourg, who wanted to make the city the hub of trade between Flanders and Italy.
