A musical New Year's greeting with Mediterranean flair: "Panflöten-Panorama" transports you to a world of sound between lagoons, winter landscapes and elegant melodies.

The 5th symphony concert at the König Albert Theater Bad Elster presents "Panflute Panorama", a lively New Year's concert full of atmosphere and variety. Between the lagoons of Venice and the vastness of Nordic landscapes, a panorama of sound will be heard with works by Johann Strauss, Vivaldi, Grieg and Ennio Morricone - and with the pan flute as the defining sound instrument in the middle of the orchestra.

Andreea Chira from Vienna takes center stage as a pan flutist, accompanied by the Chursächsisches Salonorchester under the direction of Denis Kriger. The program is complemented by well-known pieces such as the "Lagoon Waltz", "The Pigeons of San Marco" and film classics such as "Gabriel's Oboe". Georg Stahl will lead through the program as emcee. This concert combines virtuosity and lightness, unites classical elegance with tonal originality and promises a festive start to the new year - with melodies that will linger for a long time to come.
