In "Völlig losgelöst - Auszeit für Anfängerinnen", four women meet in the middle of nature - each with their own baggage of life, crises and expectations. What begins as a spiritual weekend of self-discovery quickly develops into a chaotic and comical journey into the depths of their own personalities.
There's Mona, the overburdened happiness coach with a vendor's tray full of esoteric ideas - and a big heart. Coco, the self-confident influencer whose perfect online façade suddenly cracks. Rosi, the caring pensioner who, for the first time in her life, has time just for herself - and doesn't know what to do with it. And Tanja, the controlled businesswoman who can't do anything with meditation but shines with to-do lists.
A remote house, a power cut, no reception - the external circumstances force the women to stop. But it is only when everything goes wrong that their true journey begins: honest, chaotic, sometimes painful, but always with a twinkle in the eye. Between yoga, group therapy and dance experiments, the four discover not only what they have in common, but also a new perspective on themselves.
