Magic, grand emotions, and the timeless beauty of classical dance: Swan Lake, one of the world's most famous ballets, returns to the stage. The story of Prince Siegfried and the enchanted Princess Odette remains one of the most moving works in the classical repertoire to this day.

Swan Lake tells the romantic story of Prince Siegfried and Princess Odette. Due to a curse placed on her by the sorcerer Rothbart, Odette is condemned to live as a swan during the day and only take on her human form at night. When Siegfried meets her, the two fall in love—and the prince vows to break the spell. But the sorcerer tries everything he can to separate the two.

The ballet, with music composed by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky in 1875, is one of the most important works in ballet history. The choreography, which was further developed by Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov at the end of the 19th century, made Swan Lake a definitive symbol of romantic ballet.

Famous scenes such as the graceful swan dance and the famous pas de deux have made the work famous worldwide and continue to delight generations of audiences to this day. The combination of lyrical music, virtuoso dance, and a fairy-tale plot gives the ballet its special fascination.

In the current production, magnificent costumes, atmospheric stage sets, and orchestral accompaniment create an atmospheric stage world. This makes "Swan Lake" an impressive experience full of emotion, elegance, and timeless beauty—a ballet classic that has lost none of its impact even today.
