The "Liechtenstein Chamber Orchestra" was founded in 1988 by musicians from Liechtenstein. Today, under the name "Liechtenstein Symphony Orchestra", the orchestra has earned an outstanding reputation in the international music world and inspires audiences with its innovative concert formats. It is appreciated by audiences and experts for its impressive musicality, precision and passion and contributes to cultural diversity and artistic life in Liechtenstein.

With over 30 concerts a year, the Liechtenstein Symphony Orchestra is a driving force behind domestic productions such as the Liechtenstein Choral Seminar, the TAK and the Balzers and Vaduz operettas, in addition to its own subscription series. Together with the municipality of Vaduz, the Liechtenstein Symphony Orchestra is a co-founder of the Vaduz Classic Foundation, which has presented the annual VADUZ CLASSIC festival in the capital since 2017. The motto of the 3rd Matinee Concert 2024 is "Classical music with a difference". Full of curiosity, virtuosity and lightness, the three artists of the Frank Dupree Trio succeed in playing away genre boundaries in the best sense of the word.
