The Nutcracker is the last and most successful work by composer Peter Tchaikovsky. The plot of the ballet is based on the fantastic story by the German Romantic composer E.T.A. Hoffmann "The Nutcracker and the Mouse King". 

The story of a young girl who receives a nutcracker as a gift and dreams that it will turn into Prince Charming fascinates young and old around the world. For a few hours, you are whisked away from everyday life into the romantic and imaginative world of dreams and longings. When the guests have said goodbye on Christmas Eve, Klara goes back to her presents. There she falls asleep. At midnight, the nutcrackers and dolls come to life and Klara is suddenly in the middle of a magical world. Snowflakes and dancing flowers accompany the girl on her journey to the realm of the beautiful sugar fairy. A magical Christmas tale that delights ballet fans young and old at every performance.

United European Ballet
This ballet company consists of 50 professional dancers who hold diplomas from the most prestigious institutions and choreographic schools in various countries. The United European Ballet under artistic director Rolando Sarabia offers an impressive presentation of the famous classical ballet "The Nutcracker". A classical production with scenographic elements of incredible realism, dazzling costumes, props crafted with intricate detail and a series of enchanting melodies make up this great masterpiece of classical ballet.
