Following the successful first presentation last year, the Kunsthaus Interlaken will be showing the second part of the "Values in Transition" exhibition in summer 2024 with a further selection of around 150 works of art from the Canton of Bern Art Collection.

In 2024, works of art on the themes of courage, hope, moderation and love will be on display; in 2023, the focus was on faith, justice and wisdom.
The collection, which is over one hundred years old, contains around 6500 works of art by over 1400 artists.

A wide variety of motifs, materials, techniques and styles reflect the richness of the collection, which represents a unique overview of Bernese art. A publication will be published to coincide with the opening of the exhibition, presenting the history of this extraordinary collection and taking a look at the two exhibitions. The exhibited works were selected by Dr. Harald Kraemer (Hong Kong / Basel).
