In "My Heart is Full of Na-Na-Na", Swiss author Lucien Haug examines the effects that traditional gender images have on men. It is about repressed feelings, awkward attempts at tenderness, grief, family and being there for each other - funny, crazy and touching.

Do you know Tearjerker, the most unsuccessful participant in the Eurovision Song Contest? (No, surprisingly he didn't sing for Germany.) When this unfortunate loser with broken wings falls from the roof into the house of Alain and his two sons, he sets their already shattered world in motion. Alain, Bilge and Timur mourn their deceased partner and mother, each in their own helpless way. Because "real men" don't cry. An appealing task for Tearjerker, who is searching for his lost gift of moving people to tears with his songs.
German premiere March 22, 2024
Further performances: March 24, 26, 28 and 30, April 3, 5, 6, 9, 12, 13, 17 and 18, 2024
