Playful metal sculptures will be on display in Bad Hall, Upper Austria, until October 26, 2024. Metal designers and blacksmiths from all over Europe bring their fantastic objects to Bad Hall for an exhibition.

The Kurpark in the middle of the town is one of the most visited places among the Central European exhibition venues. Not least because many guests of Eurotherme Bad Hall have the time and leisure to admire the forged sculptures in the park during their spa stay. Here the principle proves true: "Don't bring people to art, bring art to where the people are." As the municipality of Bad Hall has been a member of the Ring of European Forging Cities since 2002, metal should naturally be the focus.

The blacksmiths and metal designers who have exhibited in Bad Hall once or more often know that the professional team from the local business park will be on hand to help with the assembly and dismantling in the well-kept grounds. Around 55 objects by metal designers are expected in the park.
April 13 to October 26, 2024, admission free!

Special exhibition "Hephaestus" - Ancient craft - modern form
The special exhibition Hephaistos at the Museum Forum Hall, a useful addition to the exhibition "Verspielt" ("Playful"), shows the incredibly wide spectrum of blacksmiths' work and is also intended to show how this great profession can be learned. In cooperation with the WKO Metalltechnik OÖ, the vocational school in Wels, the HTL Steyr, the Hephaistos Schmiedezeitung and objects from Upper Austrian blacksmiths.
The municipality of Bad Hall has an art-loving mayor, Bernhard Ruf, who supports this exhibition. He is supported by Kons. Hans Peter Holnsteiner, an experienced marketing professional, together with the WKO metal technician division, represented by Rudolf Öhlinger. A number of activities are planned for the 2024 exhibition summer. Special guided tours will also be offered.
