The JAZUL Duo with trumpeter Ingolf Burkhardt from the NDR Big Band and guitarist and singer Roland Cabezas has earned a firm place in the music scene and in the hearts of fans in northern Germany and beyond with their consistently sold-out concerts over the past few years. Their airy sound, which leaves plenty of room for dreaming and pausing, delights music lovers up and down the country.
Now the successful duo has been joined by the young up-and-coming singer/composer Ella Burkhardt, Ingolf Burkhardt's daughter. She already amazed and delighted her audience as a schoolgirl and has now performed on stage with Swedish trombone legend Nils Landgren. The winner of the IBSH Sponsorship Award 2023, which she was awarded as part of Jazz Baltica 2023, is currently studying voice, piano and composition at the conservatory in Maastricht.

Martin Tingvall, Omar Rodriguez Calvo, Jürgen Spiegel: a Swede, a Cuban and a German. Three men who have made Hamburg their home. A pianist, a bassist, a drummer. And yet the Tingvall Trio is just three friends who still enjoy making music together.
