A two-week music festival with an enormous variety of first-class concerts from both classic and new genres, in atmospherically perfect locations in the middle of a dreamy mountain backdrop - and admission is free. Even for well-traveled festival fans, this may sound like a dream at first. But on the Arlberg, this has long been a beautiful reality. Since its inception in 2013 in Lech Zürs, since 2018 also in Stuben and since last year also in St. Anton and St. Christoph, the Tanzcafé Arlberg Music Festival has been setting new standards in terms of stylish après-ski experiences, presenting the top-class live acts and their respective venues in an attractive way.

From groovy jazz and swing to pulsating hip hop and electronic music to energetic rock 'n' roll and ska or even rousing pop and brass sounds - there is a highlight for every preference and every occasion. Music in tune with the times at a high quality level for guaranteed dancing pleasure is the credo of the artistic directors Renée Jud and Julia Mumelter. Perfectly tailored to the ambience of the respective location, the concert series extends from festival stages and panoramic terraces to hotel lounges and unites the five towns of St. Anton, St. Christoph, Lech, Zürs and Stuben. Great listening pleasure and the Arlberg as a brilliant dance palace - there is no better way to crown sunny skiing.
The Tanzcafé Arlberg Music Festival 2025 will once again offer a brilliant line-up full of variety and with real highlights for every taste: from the finest jazz and nostalgic swing to cult hip hop and trendy electronic music to rich brass sounds, driving ska and authentic rock 'n' roll or legendary Brit, dialect and sing-along pop. For two weeks, Austria's largest connected ski area will present itself not only as the world-famous haven for excellent winter sports, but also as a guarantee of a unique concert atmosphere and unlimited dancing fun. Nowhere else is the change from the extensive snow slopes to the casual dance floors as easy as here. As tempting as the sun skiing is, as fantastic the sound - a celebration of spring feelings.

Selected top acts to dance to – from the brilliant opening to the fabulous closing show
The Tanzcafé Arlberg Music Festival 2025 will be opened on March 30th by the Austrian hip-hop legend TEXTA. Dialect rap and dancehall shape their DNA, eight studio albums and 800 concerts around the globe testify to their substance. In the perfect setting, at the Rendl Beach Bar next to St. Anton's freestyle mecca, the trio will guarantee fat beats and rhymes with tracks from their brand new album, among others.
As a support act, the hip-hop quartet AUTsiderZ adds refreshing Tyrolean humor to the colossal opening. The next top act, which will kick off the musical fireworks on the festival stages on Thursday, April 3, is also characterized by clever dialect lyrics. With Styrian nonchalance and Mediterranean lightness, the five charmers from GRANADA will enchant the audience on the festival stage at Rüfiplatz in Lech.
On April 4th, a die-hard party crowd will greet you from the Lech festival stage. LABRASSBANDA will sweep through your bones like a whirlwind until everyone is raving and dancing. With their mix of brass, pop, techno and ska, the passionate Lederhosen punks from Chiemsee won't need to be asked twice for an encore.
On April 5th, the St. Anton festival stage in the middle of the village will become the epicenter of good humor and unbridled dancing. As a true Viennese and two-time Amadeus Award winner, BIBIZA Franz stands for dashing Austropop with plenty of humor and cool new wave vibes. The support act is the music project BEAKS by the up-and-coming young Viennese Anna Francesca, who skillfully fuses wordplay and minimalist sound.

Finally, on April 6, the heartbreaker and chart-topper THORSTEINN EINARSSON will rock the St. Anton festival stage. The Austro-Icelander knows how to inspire with catchy pop-rock. As a support act, the busy Viennese singer-songwriter YUNGER will tell atmospheric stories about traveling and other longings.
Another top act is TAGTRAEUMER with their catchy uptempo pop, who will be performing at the romantic hotel Die Krone von Lech on April 11th. Voted best band in Austria at the Amadeus Awards in 2015, they are celebrating their musical comeback and are touring with their new album.
The Tanzcafé Arlberg closing show on April 13, 2025 will be performed by the Bavarian gypsies from DJANGO 3000. The four clever Babos combine laid-back gypsy swing with Balkan beats and earthy guitar rock with devilish solos. As a parting gift, there is a good portion of euphoria to take home - true to the motto of DJANGO 3000: "Dance freely!"

Further highlights of the top-class line-up in the festival weeks of musical diversity
On Sunday, March 30th, the POXRUCKER SISTERS will be exuding pure joie de vivre with their dialect pop full of lightness, but with lyrical depth, at the Hotel Edelweiss in Zürs, accompanied by their keyboard player. The following day, the winners of the Amadeus Award, whose albums have achieved gold status, will be playing with their band at the Burg Hotel Oberlech. On April 1st, the gonzo rock 'n' rollers from London TANKUS will get the crowd going in St. Anton am Gampen with their pumping groove. The next day, on April 2nd, their funk-soaked style, which ranges from New Orleans jazz to hard rock riffs, will get restless legs at the Hospiz Alm in St. Christoph. Frontman JAZ DELOREAN will be making a solo appearance on April 3rd at the Hotel Kristiania in Lech. Sometimes like a bar pianist in the Wild West, sometimes sweeping across the keys with boogie-woogie, sometimes with quiet undertones of jazz and blues, he creates unforgettable moments with his singing, which at times is reminiscent of Louis Armstrong or Tom Waits.

The STEFAN OBERMAIER DJ SET will be presented on April 4th in The Yurt in Lech as crazy in a completely different but equally good sense. Inspired by the Viennese sound of the 90s and with roots in funk and jazz, Stefan Obermaier is one of Austria's pioneers of live electronic music. On April 5th, the Berlin electro band MY SECRET PLAYGROUND will transform the Schlegelkopf Restaurant-Bar in Lech and on April 6th the Arlberg Thaja in St. Christoph into a dance palace. Catchy pop melodies with melancholic synthesizer sounds and fat drum beats will be enriched in the live shows alongside the electronic elements with drums, bass, saxophone, trumpet, vocals and guitar. The musical globetrotters from bella Italia VEEBLE are giving three concerts: on April 6th at the Street Food Festival in Zürs, with an after-show by DJ THE WAZ EXP., on April 7th at the Hotel Salome in Oberlech and on April 8th unplugged at the Hotel Tannbergerhof in Lech.
With its global mix of styles and explosive, vibrant, glamorous gangster groove, the Musicabanda ignites a constant urge to move. The SIMONE KOPMAJER QUARTETT will be playing quieter tones on Sunday, April 6th in the Stubener Arlberg Stuben and on April 7th in the Ullrhaus in St. Anton. Austria's jazz flagship will treat you to a varied and emotional performance of gently jazzy original compositions, pop covers and jazz standards.

The musical crossover artists from Cologne, RASGARASGA, promise pure energy on April 8th in the Seekopf restaurant in Zürs. With twelve instruments and in four languages, they celebrate their very own indie pop. The charismatic DJ, singer, songwriter and producer VIRGINIA will transport the audience to other spheres and dance enthusiasm on April 10th in the Balmalp in Zug. Resident DJ in the Panorama Bar of Berghain since 2012, she spices up her warm analogue house and electro of the 80s and 90s with unconventional grooves and spontaneous live singing. On the same day, the six-person band from Seattle, GOOD CO SWING, invites you to take a journey through time at the Hotel Post in Lech. They interpret the jazz and swing of the 1920s and 1930s so authentically that you feel like you have been transported back to the legendary era. The enchanting musical enjoyment is preceded by a swing dance taster with musicians from Good Co.
