Top-class artists on stage, illustrious names in the audience!
The Festive Opera Gala for the German AIDS Foundation will take place for the 14th time in 2024. International opera stars and award-winning singers from the Deutsche Oper am Rhein ensemble will join forces with the Düsseldorf Symphony Orchestra to create an extraordinary evening dedicated to charity. The Düsseldorfer Symphoniker will perform under the baton of conductor Paolo Arrivabeni. Opera stars from the major European opera houses will perform for this one evening only for a good cause at the Düsseldorf Opera House without a fee. Lord Mayor Dr. Stephan Keller has taken over the patronage.
All artists waive their fees so that the net proceeds can go to aid projects of the German AIDS Foundation in Düsseldorf, NRW and for affected children and young people in Ukraine and southern Africa!
