The show, which lasts around two and a half hours, features a good dozen performances by artists, bands, choirs and orchestras that present the entire spectrum of music - from classical to pop. The special feature: All of the participants come from the Oldenburg region and mix seemingly contradictory musical styles. At the heart of the show are specially produced arrangements presented by the State Orchestra of the Oldenburg State Theatre together with various local artists. From hip-hop to choirs, from opera singers to young talents, from the Oldenburg State Orchestra to rock bands - everything is possible at CLASSIC MEETS POP.
