The Schlossgrabenfest has been held annually in Darmstadt at the end of May since 1999. Darmstadt's city center will once again become a temporary festival backdrop for the 24th edition of the Schlossgrabenfest on the Whitsun weekend from 16 to 19 May.
The Schlossgrabenfest is a music festival where people celebrate to music for four days. The music program consists of nationally known, regional and young artists. A program that unites the entire musical diversity in the heart of Darmstadt. Guests in recent years have included: NENA, Mark Forster, Marteria, Sunrise Avenue, Bosse, Andreas Bourani, Michael Schulte, Nico Santos, Culcha Candela, Right said Fred, H-Blockx, Mia, Christina Stürmer, Stefanie Heinzmann, Juli, Hootes, Leningrad Cowboys, Die Prinzen, Mike Singer. The 23,000 square meter area around the Residenzschloss will once again be home to four days of live music, club sounds, poetry slams, food & chill, partying, fun and meeting friends.
More than 60 concerts await you on three live stages over the four festival days and in addition, more than 10 DJs will provide the right, danceable sound in the ENTEGA club area.

Music is celebrated in the middle of Darmstadt, bringing together the entire musical diversity in the heart of the city. In addition to promoting the talents of acts from all over Germany, the Schlossgrabenfest has always been a platform for the regional band scene and local music heroes. Bands from Darmstadt and the region make up 50% of the program and 80% of all bands play their own music. Every year, however, the festival also looks forward to welcoming one or two nationally known headliners. So you can once again look forward to a mix of newcomers and top acts.
